Sightseeing

  • Customers should be ready for sightseeing at the start time mentioned in the itinerary to cover all places listed.
  • Sightseeing is limited to places mentioned in the itinerary. Extra places can be added by paying extra kilometers to the cab driver.
  • In case of natural disasters or cab strikes, Madurai Travels may suggest alternate destinations or dates.
  • Weekly off days and weather-related closures may affect sightseeing plans, and alternate arrangements may be made where possible.
  • Entry fees and activity fees may change without prior notice, and rates shown are for Indian nationals.
  • Special requests such as English or Hindi-speaking drivers are subject to availability.
  • AC in the vehicle is switched off in hilly regions and when the vehicle is parked.
  • Cab and driver details will be shared around 10 hours before trip start time.
  • Vehicle should not be used for personal purposes like shopping, mall visits, or dinner outings.

Tour Package

Are hotel bookings included?

No. When you book a cab, hotel bookings are not included. Customers can choose their preferred hotels, and our expert drivers can guide them.

Is food included?

No. Food and other amenities are not included when you book a cab package.

Can the packages be customized?

Yes. Customers can plan their trip according to their comfort and requirements.

How many stops are included?

You can take any number of stops while traveling with Madurai Travels cabs.

What vehicle types are available?

Customers can choose from hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, tempo travelers, and luxury cars.

Payment Terms

  • Payment 1: ₹1000 booking advance for cab reservation
  • Payment 2: 50% at the time of boarding the cab
  • Payment 3: 50% before the trip is completed
